Executive Committee
The Executive Committee supports ongoing communication between the membership and board of directors; conducts investigations and studies and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors when appropriate; and supports the staff.
The committee meets on the third Thursday of each month at 7:30 a.m.

Advisory Council
The Chamber Advisory Council provides strategic guidance on Chamber membership and program development, and works closely with staff to implement the Commerce Chenango Strategic Plan.
The Council meets the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:30 a.m.

Ambassadors
The Ambassadors are liaisons between Chamber members and the Commerce Chenango staff. Their responsibilities also include “meet and greet” at Chamber functions. They meet the first Friday of every month at 8:00 a.m.

Governmental Affairs Committee
The GAC committee sponsors programs advance understanding of legislative activity; stimulate effective communications among our members and elected officials; and identify issues that affect the economic climate in Chenango County. They report to the Commerce Chenango Board of Directors and meet the first Tuesday of the month at 8:00 a.m.

Youth Leadership
The purpose of the YL Committee is to create and implement a youth program that helps to identify and develop young adults to become future community and civic leaders, volunteers for charitable organizations and potential future board members. The committee meets as needed.

Finance Committee Members
The Finance Committee provides guidance in the daily financial activities of the Chamber. They play an integral role in the monitoring of financial benchmarks and policy and procedure implementation. The FC meets the third Tuesday of each month.
