Earl B. Clark Business Park
The Earl B. Clark Business Park was gifted to the Industrial Development Agency in 1995 by Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals. Environmental and archeological studies have been completed, and the above plans represent one proposed option for development of the park. The 48 acre park has over 35 acres of developable land. It is located in North Norwich, NY, just north of the Norwich Pharmaceuticals, Inc. plant.
Recent improvements to the park include the removal of debris and foundations and the removal of dilapidated buildings. The Chenango County Industrial Development Agency is considering improvements to park infrastructure and pass-through road access to NYS Highway 12. The CCIDA is open to considering any development proposals for the park, and targeted uses include light manufacturing, warehouse, and agricultural processing.
