Norwich

The City of Norwich, the county seat, has a vibrant and active downtown. Norwich is home to many festivals and events throughout the year, and also has two large parks that play host to live music and other events. Norwich's main downtown corridor, sees between 10,000 and 15,000 cars per day pass through, and also is conducive to foot traffic.

The presence of many restaurants, retailers, service businesses, and more make Norwich's downtown a great place for your business or organization to call home. The City of Norwich is also home to the Northeast Classic Car Museum, attracting thousands of visitors from all over the country and world each year. SUNY Morrisville also has a downtown Norwich Campus, attracting local and visiting students to the area.

Second and third story housing is an optimal use of upper floors, and economic and community development officials are very interested in expanding the downtown housing offerings in Norwich.
